So here's the recommended way to cook them to crispy tasty perfection.
You'll need:
1 pan with a lid
Water
Cooking Oil
Here we go!
1. Remove dumplings from the freezer - do NOT let them thaw!
2. Add 2 TBSP of cooking oil to your pan - or just enough to coat the bottom.
3. Turn on your stove to medium high and place dumplings pleat-side up in the pan.
4. When the pan gets hot and starts sizzling, add just enough water to cover the dumplings about halfway. Be careful of oil splatter!
5. Cover the pan with the lid and let cook for 5 minutes.
6. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking until all the water has evaporated.
7. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until the dumplings are golden crispy at the bottom.
8. Enjoy!
